The idea is to describe that image, as is evident every one will make your style, and most likely everyone will see different elements in the images. You can deal with it as you wish, create an atmosphere or even include it in a sequence or scene, this is a taste of the consumer, the only condition is that the description of what you see in the picture should appear in your writing.
